A 6-Pin Speed Select jumper is at JP3, and a 2-Pin Registered DIMM jumper is at JP6.

Memory Notes

The minimum memory requirement is one DIMM in U2.
The memory installation sequence is U2, U3, U4, and U5.
Each DIMM slot addresses 1GB with >=550MHz UltraSPARC IIi.

System Board Notes

System Board 375-3088 was used in the Sun Blade 150 until mid November 2003.
System Board 375-3152 was used in the Sun Blade 150 after mid November 2003.
Systems built with System Board 375-3088 and 375-3152 have the same EZ label.
M1535D Pin T10 (UPSPWR) receives power from the 3V CR2032 on 375-3088.
M1535D Pin T10 (UPSPWR) receives power from 3.3Vdd on 375-3152.
When installing the system board onto a tray, make sure the four rear panel EMI springfingers are installed above the IEEE1394 connectors, not inside the connectors.

UltraSPARC IIi Notes

The 650MHz UltraSPARC IIi is similar to the 270-440MHz UltraSPARC IIi (Sabre and Sapphire-Red).
Differences include integrated L2 Cache and SDRAM Memory Control.
The 650MHz UltraSPARC IIi is based on the 500MHz UltraSPARC IIe (Hummingbird).
The 550-650MHz UltraSPARC IIi OBP and OS name is UltraSPARC IIe.
The 550-650MHz UltraSPARC IIi is labeled UltraSPARC IIi or IIi+.
The 550MHz FRU F100-7192 includes 100-7192, 527-1023, or 527-1067.
The 550MHz FRU F527-1079 includes 100-7192, 527-1078, or 527-1079.
The 650MHz FRU F527-1077 includes 527-1023 or 527-1077.
