SPARC T4-1 Notes

1. Install the first four DIMMs in the blue slots.
2. Install the second four DIMMs in the white slots.
3. Install the last eight DIMMs in the black slots.
4. Install Memory Filler 350-1288 in all unused slots.
5. The 16GB 7042210 and 32GB 7042211 require firmware 8.2.1.b.

SPARC T4-1B Notes

1. Install the first four DIMMs in all Channel 1 DIMM 0 slots.
2. Install the next four DIMMs all Channel 0 DIMM 0 slots.
3. Install the next eight DIMMs in the remaining slots.
4. Mixing DIMM sizes is not supported.

SPARC T4-2 Notes

1. Install D0/D4 (blue), then D2/D6 (white), then D1/D5 (black), and then D3/D7 (green), only 4 and 8 DIMM configurations are supported.
2. Install DIMM Filler 350-1288 in all unused SPARC T3-2 slots.
3. Install Memory Riser Filler 330-5269 in all unused Riser slots.
4. The 16GB 7042210 and 32GB 7042211 require firmware 8.2.1.b

SPARC T4-4 Notes

1. Install the first sixteen DIMMs in the blue and white CMP0 and CMP1 DIMM0 slots.
2. Install the second eight DIMMs in the black CMP1 DIMM1 slots.
3. Install the last eight DIMMs in the black CMP0 DIMM1 slots.
4. Install Dimm Filler 350-1288 in all unused DIMM slots.
5. The 16GB 7042210 and 32GB 7042211 require firmware 8.2.1.b.

Netra SPARC T4-1 Notes

1. Install the first four DIMMs in the blue slots.

SPARC T5-1B and Netra SPARC T5-1B Notes

1. All sixteen slots must be filled with a DIMM.
2. Mixing DIMM sizes and ranks is not supported.

SPARC T5-2 Notes

1. Each slot on a memory riser must be filled with a DIMM.
2. All memory risers must contain the same type of DIMM.

SPARC T5-4 and SPARC T5-8 Notes

1. Install the first sixteen DIMMs in all Channel 0 DIMM slots.
