Good things come in small packages. The powerful Sun StorEdge™3510 FC array uses a high port count modular, building-block approach to help reduce SAN costs by thousands of dollars. Up to four dual path or eight single path servers can be connected to one dual controller RAID array tray without using costly external edge switches. With its highly intuitive management interface, this array is extremely easy to deploy, configure, manage, and monitor. Using cost effective expansion trays, a RAID array can be scaled to 108 drives that’s over 32TB of raw capacity using 300GB drives.

Based on 2Gb Fibre Channel hardware RAID technologies, the Sun StorEdge 3510 FC Array scales in capacity up to 32 TB and offers 8 FC host ports to connect up to 8 servers, or 4 servers in a redundant configuration, eliminating the need for costly external edge switches and reducing management overhead.
Expansion trays from the Sun StorEdge 3511 SATA Array can also be supported offering flexible tiered storage configurations. This array is easy to deploy, manage, and expand with a common GUI management interface, providing online capacity expansion, and remote monitoring. Built to NEBS Level 3 and MIL-STD-810F standards, this super-rugged array is designed to withstand the harshest environments, enabling broad flexibility in installation.
